EPP’s general meeting of shareholders has approved the appointment of Tomasz Trzósło to the position of CEO of the largest owner of retail real estate in Poland. The company’s Board of Directors announced it will nominate Tomasz Trzósło to this post in December 2019.

The Supervisory Board of Immofinanz extended the Executive Board appointments for COO Dietmar Reindl and CFO Stefan Schönauer for a period of five years as of 1 May 2021, i.e. to 30 April 2026. Panattoni has appointed Mathieu Giguere as Director for Key Accounts & New Business Development. He will be responsible for acquiring new business and markets in light of the dynamic growth in online trade.
