The development of a new industrial building with a leasable area of 27,500 sqm has kicked off at BHM Industrial Park Belgrade (IPB), with completion expected by the end of 2024.
Located near the industrial zone Šimanovci, IPB spans 175 hectares of land and encompasses seven warehouses totalling 90,000 sqm, along with well-developed road and communal infrastructure.
The new building under development will be ideal for a single larger tenant, or several smaller users looking for storage or production space.
The portfolio managed by BHM parks includes projects in Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, and Croatia.
