German logistics company Thomas Duvenbeck Immobilien took over the logistics complex ARETE Park Rokycany II near Pilsen in the Czech Republic for use in December 2023. It will become the company's largest consolidation centre in Europe.
Duvenbeck will be the sole tenant of the site. The completed facility complies with the up-to-date technological and environmental standards, including BREEAM certification, which is being ratified.
The complex increases the total standing leasable area of the Arete Industrial fund by 21 % to a total of 170,354 sqm.
