Alto Real Estate has obtained a valid zoning decision to construct its warehouse area at the entrance to Bratislava at the beginning of January. The process of obtaining a building permit is currently underway.
As part of the project called Store.to, the investor will build three sales warehouses with a total area of more than 25,000 square meters. The project focuses on offering flexible storage spaces that meet the needs of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, e-shops, distribution centres or production facilities. Individual warehouse spaces start at 450 sqm and are designed to be adapted to the specific requirements of clients.
Each warehouse will be equipped with an entrance, parking spaces and pedestrian access. In the central part of the area, there will be a recreation zone with greenery, benches and stands for bicycles, which will support the project's sustainability and high-quality public space. The upcoming complex of urban warehouses and suburban logistics will benefit from a good connection to the highway.
"Based on market analysis and communication with our customers, we perceive a long-term lack of flexible and modern warehouse spaces located in urban areas. This is exactly the type of product we want to offer to clients," said Ján Bryndza, Business Director at Alto Real Estate.
