The fourth tower of the mixed-use Sky Park project in downtown Bratislava has been officially approved for use, according to the schedule outlined by the investor Alro Real Estate 2 years ago.

The construction of the fourth residential tower in the territory of Sky Park began in the spring of 2021. The project of 31 floors has 264 apartments and suites. The last apartments on the upper floors remain only available.

The concept of the 4th tower is energy-saving, with the energy class A0.  Each apartment has mechanical ventilation with recuperation, and fan coil cooling controllable also via a mobile application. The tower has almost no energy leakage, at the same time it uses all the energy created in the building. Several dozen future residents were supplied with electric chargers for their parking space. "We have invested more than €1.5 million in several improvements beyond the original plans including material standards in the apartments and common areas, also in the parking spaces with electric chargers," explained Rastislav Valovič, CEO at Alto Real Estate.

The built-up area within the project has been minimised, and parking for residents is provided in underground garages, above which there is a green roof designed. Together with the already completed landscape of the Sky Park project, it creates the largest private green spot in the heart of the city, with an area larger than the nearby Medical Garden.
