Alto Real Estate is developing the site of the former terminal in Rača district in Bratislava into a new area consisting of city warehouses and retail and showroom premises of Store.to, reports Yimba.sk.

According to the developer, these objects will be used as small distribution centres, e-shops, facilities for small operations, production and services, or for direct purchases in warehouses. The project was submitted for environmental impact assessment (EIA) in September last year. Today, it has a valid decision of no further assessment. Neither the concerned authorities nor the public had any objections, which probably contributed to a relatively quick assessment process.

Alto has also obtained the binding opinion of the city, which confirmed compliance with the city master plan. The new complex will restore buildings to their original use. The complex will consist of three sales warehouses with a total area of more than 26,000 sqm, divided into rental units, each with an area of around 500 sqm. Object A will contain 22 units, object B 7 and object C 10. Each warehouse will have an entrance, access for pedestrians and parking spaces.

The foreseen date for the construction start is in the last quarter of 2025, and operation could commence a year later. The estimated costs reach €24 million.
