Catalyst Capital, a European real estate investment and fund management firm, has bought Nobilis Business House from Echo Investment for €44 million. The building, located on Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie Street in Wrocław, was completed in late 2016.

Traditional drivers of demand were joined by emerging trends that are shaping the future of the office market and commercial real estate as a whole. EPP has acquired O3 Business Campus II, the second building of an office complex located on Opolska Street in Kraków from Echo Investment as a part of the ROFO transaction agreed in 2016.

P3 has acquired over 17 hectares of land in the vicinity of P3 Bucharest Park with the purpose of developing the park up to 500,000 square meters in the next two years. The new plot of land allows for the building of a warehouse of up to 100,000 sqm.

Carrefour opened a new hypermarket in Warsaw. YIT has sold housing projects in Prague, the Czech Republic and in Bratislava, Slovakia to YCE Housing I fund. The value of the projects is approximately €50 million, and the sales are recorded in the last quarter of the year.

Berlin Hyp and Erste Group Bank have jointly provided Immofinanz a five year secured loan in the amount of €205 million. The syndicate is providing Immofinanz a “one stop” portfolio-refinancing for their office portfolio in Warsaw and is thus replacing seven existing, individual real estate loans. Agent for this transaction is Berlin Hyp.

Robert Pitt has joined CTP Invest as the group COO, effective as of December 1st, 2017. Mr. Pitt will assist in setting up processes to efficiently help structure how the company operates, thus preparing CTP for the further growth needed to achieve its ambitious goals. His main focus will be HR, IT, Legal, Controlling and Construction/Design/Permitting/Procurement.
