The Romanian commercial real estate market saw a total investment volume of €155.8 million, with UK-based capital accounting for 68% of these deals, according to a study by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The event also provided an opportunity to formally announce Welcome Airport Services as the sole tenant of the warehouse. Jointly developed by Peakside Capital Advisors and Partners Group, the 11,000 sqm project incorporates sustainable construction practices alongside advanced technologies in energy efficiency and water management. The facility is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2025.
