Colliers International has agreed to consolidate its business in the Czech Republic with the ThreeSixty Agency, bringing to Colliers their extensive pipeline of deals, relationships and successful track record. The ThreeSixty partners Tewfik Sabongui and Petr Žalský will become equity partners of Colliers International, Czech Republic, with Tewfik Sabongui taking on the role of Managing Partner and Petr Žalský in the role of Director of Office Agency. After almost two decades AEW Europe decided to sell Atrium Tower office building located in Warsaw. The new owner of the property is VIG FUND, the real estate investment vehicle of Vienna Insurance Group (VIG). Real estate advisor Savills represented AEW Europe in the transaction.

The total investment volume in Slovakia for H1 2018 reached just under €500 million, a significant amount compared to the €535 million for the entire 2017 and record-breaking €850 million in 2016. This is the result of several mid-volume level deals slipping from 2017 Q4 to 2018 Q1/Q2, as well as increased liquidity and investment activity on the Slovak market, according to JLL.

Radisson Hospitality AB announced the signing of the Radisson Hotel & Suites in. In March 2018, the group announced its plan to rollout Radisson, the upscale hotel brand, across EMEA - and this is the first hotel to open in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). The new Radisson will bring the group's portfolio to 16 hotels (3,500+ rooms) in operation or under development in Poland.

Skanska has acquired the 61-meter Waterworks office building in Budapest. The developer is demolishing the 26,000 sqm office building which dates from 1981. Later on, Skanska plans to develop a modern, visionary office complex in the same location.
