Coworking operator Spaces enters the Czech market

JLL has successfully rented out the Albatros Business Centre in Prague 1. CA Immo buys second Warsaw Spire building

CA Immo signed and closed a sales and purchase agreement to acquire the centrally located Warsaw Spire C office building comprising of 21,700 sqm GLA in Warsaw, Poland. The transaction volume of the fully leased landmark Class A property amounts to around €100 million, the annual gross rental income reaches around €5.4 million. With this transaction, CA Immo takes another step in its CEE core market expansion strategy, setting the path for continued growth of the companies´ recurring earnings. According to plan, the acquisition will already contribute to recurring earnings (FFO) of CA Immo in the fourth quarter of 2018. Greenberg Traurig (legal), KPMG (tax) and Arcadis (technical) acted as advisors to CA Immo.

MOL Group lays foundation stone for new HQ

New leases

  • Primark has opened a shop in Bydgoszcz. This is Primark's seventh location in Poland and the first in the north of the country. Primark in Bydgoszcz is operating in the Zielone Arkady shopping centre. The chain's new shop occupies 3,200 sqm of retail space and is located on two floors.
  • Transporeon, an international logistics company, part of the Trimble Group, has extended its lease agreement in the Porto Office A office building in Kraków, where it occupies over 1,900 square meters.
  • The gastronomic offer of the BIG Łubna retail park near Warsaw has expanded with the Sphinx restaurant. The premises, with an area of ​​almost 400 sqm, were opened in October.

New appointments

  • Dariusz Blocher has resigned from the position of chair of Unibep. The supervisory board has appointed Andrzej Sterczyński as president of the company from January 1st, 2025.
  • Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska has resigned from her position as a member of the Supervisory Board and chair of the Audit Committee of Ghelamco Invest. The position of member of Ghelamco's Supervisory Board will be filled by Lidia Jabłonowska-Luby. An existing member of the Audit Committee, Jarosław Myjak, was also appointed to act as chairman of the Audit Committee.
  • MLP Group is from now on working with a smaller board of directors. Monika Dobosz has resigned from her position. She had served on the company's board since July 2022, when she was appointed to the board together with Agnieszka Góźdź.
