Romanian construction group Bog’Art has published its first sustainability report that outlines the company’s results and objectives under the ESG development framework.

The new owner is Newgate Investment, which is successively expanding its portfolio of retail properties. It currently includes 33 projects located in various Polish cities. The price has not been disclosed.
