The flex office provider New Work is set to open a new location in the Metron office building in Warsaw. The eighth floor of the building will be operated by New Work under a management agreement in a partnership model with the property co-owners, Alides and Aya Properties Fund. The negotiation process was supported by Axi Immo.

A consortium of banks, Santander Bank Polska and Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen), has granted AFI a €120 million loan to refinance four PRS projects under the AFI Home brand in Warsaw, Kraków, and Wrocław. This is one of the largest PRS financing transactions in Poland to date.

Fio Investment Company has announced the purchase of another property to its Fio real estate fund portfolio. The fund has acquired the Stará Celnice office and retail building in the centre of Prague from German pension fund BVK Europa-Immobilien-Spezialfonds, represented in the transaction by Invesco Real Estate. 

The Romanian residential real estate market experienced a slowdown in Q1 2025, with sales decreasing both in Bucharest and nationwide, according to a recent analysis by SVN Romania.

The Ukrainian housing sector continues to face significant challenges due to the ongoing conflict. However, the Government of Ukraine is actively implementing various initiatives to support citizens affected by the war. As of early April, over 100,000 homes have been restored, as announced by Oleksiy Kuleba, Vice Prime Minister for Recovery and Minister of Community and Territorial Development, during a meeting of the Ukrainian Donor Platform in Kyiv.
