GTC has announced the sale of its GTC X office building in Belgrade for €52 million. The transaction, finalized in early February, generated net proceeds of €24 million for GTC after the repayment of a bank loan.

Industrial developer CTP Hungary has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Zoomlion, which will see the Chinese producer of manufacturing equipment invest €100 million in a new manufacturing facility at CTPark Tatabánya.

On the right bank of the Danube, new neighbourhood developments have been underway for several years. JTRE is preparing the Nové Lido and Penta Real Estate the Southbank project. For their plans to become a reality,  the city councillors need to give the green light to change the city's master plan and swap city land. WorkLounge has opened its new branch in the Telehouse building in Prague's Dejvice. The premises with an area of 1540 sqm can accommodate 220 people. 

Marriott International has announced the signing of an agreement with J.W. Construction, one of the leading property developers in Poland, to bring the JW Marriott luxury brand to the country.The hotel will be located in the heart of Kraków’s city centre, housed in one of the city’s historical buildings.

Geosan Development has announced the construction completion of the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov project in Prague 6. The project has received the valid building use approval.

The construction of the first apartment building in the Rakyta project in Bratislava's Devínská Nová Ves by Lucron is progressing and the rough construction is nearing completion. 

Crestyl has presented its new project at Pankrác in Prague. The Boka Pankrác is designed as a mixed-use project connecting retail premises and a supermarket with offices. 

Henderson Park and EPP have successfully secured a €148.6 million loan from Berlin Hyp AG and PKO Bank Polski to refinance a Polish office portfolio. The three assets, which comprise the Malta Office Park in Poznań, the O3 Business Campus in Kraków and the Symetris Business Park in Łódź, are owned in joint venture by Henderson Park and EPP.

In 2024, 13,295 new dwellings were built, 29% fewer than in the previous year. The number of dwellings built on the basis of building permits and simple declarations issued was 20,494, 4.7% fewer than in 2023.
