Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of its new retail park development in České Budejovice in Southern Bohemia. The new Czech retail park was developed in partnership with local partner Asset Services.

CTP has so far concluded lease deals with a total area of over 400,000 sqm for space in industrial properties in the Czech Republic in 2023, including more than 10 lease contracts for premises larger than 10,000 sqm. The largest transaction was a contract to renew the lease of almost 54,000 sqm of space in CTPark Bor. The developer continues to build new industrial space across the Czech Republic and is confident that the Czech industrial property market will continue to grow. 

Penta Real Estate is selling the fully occupied coworking centre "Base", which is part of the Churchill office complex in Prague 2, to Scott.Weber Workspace, a company continuing its expansion in the Prague flexible office market. Neither party would comment on the size of the deal, online daily newstream.cz reports.

Topband Smart Europe, a Chinese maker of controllers for power tools, home appliances and BMS, has inaugurated its production capacity for the European market in CTPark Timișoara.

Savills has appointed Ondřej Míček as Head of the Industrial Agency for its Czech and Slovak operations from December 2023. Since joining Savills as a consultant concentrating primarily on industrial space leasing, Ondřej has expanded his role to cover industrial sales, land acquisitions and data centres. 

BIG CEE and RC Europe have reached an agreement on the sale and purchase of two retail parks in Serbia, NEST Obrenovac and Nest Kraljevo. The transaction was facilitated by CBRE, the buyer announced.

In addition to offices, the Eurocenter also includes a bank branch and a café and has a gross lettable area of around 9,000 sqm. The transaction of the centrally located and well communicated mixed use office building with an asset value of €26.5 million to buyer Atlantic Grupa d.d. was carried out by way of a share deal.

Technology is capable of extending offices’ lifespans and reducing the necessity for extensive renovations. However, due to economic and geopolitical events, investors are more restrained, Colliers reports.
