Based in Warsaw, Poland and responsible for capital markets and investment advisory services. Sławomir, as a Head of Industrial Investment, is responsible for enhancing JLL's advisory services to logistics developers and funds. He provides advisory on sales strategy, market conditions and negotiations throughout the disposal process. He also concentrates on providing strategic advisory for investors as well as advising and assisting on sales & acquisition processes. Slawomir has 16 years of experience in real estate, previously working in Investment Department for Scandinavian real estate agency KOBA. For the last 14 years, he has been with JLL Warsaw, and he has participated in numerous deals including sales, acquisitions, sale and lease-back transactions as well as JVs. Since joining the company, he participated in deals totalling over €7 billion.
