Helping companies find the purpose and the correct scale for their workplace was the prevailing topic Jelena Drazic tackled during her more than ten years of career in the corporate real estate sector. Working across various industries in the international environment (telecommunications, banking, power, and music), she developed a strong sense of embedding the workplace as an essential and inseparable part of the company strategy. The outcomes could be seen in the retail network expansion, integration of the first online bank in the region in the physical blueprint, implementation of the global office concepts in the local environment, accommodating companies' hyper-growth, and reinventing the purpose of the office. Within the topic of her MBA master thesis, Jelena explored the influence of the workplace experience on employee engagement. In the current position, she is concerned with the new ways of working, creating the platform for the future of work, and how the companies should develop a long-term sustainable workplace strategy.
