Jake is a seasoned professional with more than 23 years in commercial real estate mainly gained in CEE. Since 2021, Jake is a Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young in Hungary, after the firm’s strategic affiliation with asset management company Limehouse Partners, co-founded by Jake. Before Limehouse Partners, Jake was the Head of Asset Management and Transactions CEE at AXA IM, overseeing a portfolio of €1.6 billion at peak with exposure to Poland, Czech, Slovakia and Hungary across all major asset classes. He previously had roles in valuation and agency in different geographies (UK, CEE, Asia). He is an RICS member and holds a Bachelor in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.
