She adds value by proposing and implementing development strategies for occupiers, optimizing portfolios, negotiating commercial terms, and advising on CEE market opportunities. Primark, Victoria's Secret, Burger King, and Nespresso are all examples of successful tenant representation mandates for retail spaces under her management. She equally provides extensive expertise in repositioning shopping centres from a commercial and property management perspective, relocating and securing strategic occupiers that impact the success of a shopping centre. Carmen brings more than 15 years of real estate experience, being a recognized expert in retail and omnichannel trends and a valued leader in the CEE region, speaks fluent English and French and holds a Bachelor's degree from Finance.
