Petar Kolognat is the Business Development Director within CTP, continental Europe’s largest listed owner, developer and manager of high quality industrial and logistics real estate, with a network of CTParks that span from the North Sea to the Black Sea. He is responsible for all the leasing, business development, land scouting and aquisitions activity in Serbia, where CTP is doubling its size by adding more than 250.000m2 to its portfolio in 2023. He joins CTP from the position of Head of Section for Business Development projects in NIS a.d. Novi Sad, one of the largest vertically integrated energy companies in Southeast Europe, where he was overseeing development of the retail network of more than 400 petrol stations in Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and BiH. Before that Petar spent 4 years in Nasser Bin Khaled, leading Qatari corporation where he managed retail network development, corporate identity and franchise concept requirements for Michelin and Bosch divisions.
