Pavel has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate sector, with the last 12 years spent in Penta Real Estate. In his role as a Business Director and a board member, he leads all commercial aspects of projects in the Czech Republic. The €1 billion portfolio in the Czech Republic currently consists of 35 projects in various stages of development and totals more than 1 mil. sqm. Pavel successfully completed significant regeneration schemes such as Waltrovka or the internationally acclaimed Masaryčka designed by Zaha Hadid. He joined Penta as an experienced real estate manager in 2012. In the past, he was a partner in the 3C real estate private equity fund and an advisor to financial institutions and the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. He studied economics at Charles University and holds postgraduate degrees in political economy from the London School of Economics and in sustainable urban development from the University of Oxford. He has also been a long-term lecturer at Charles University and currently leads a course on urbanism for Real Estate MBA students at the Prague University of Economics. He is a member of RICS - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
