Liviu Tudor is the President of the European Property Federation (EPF), a pan-European organization of national property associations and companies whose members own and manage property assets worth €1.5 trillion. Over 15 years ago he established Genesis Property, the European property company owning and managing Class A office buildings with over 150,000 sqm of gross leased area. Drawing on his experience at the EPF in Brussels, Tudor has pioneered the property industry’s first guidelines and certification standards for post-COVID commercial operations. The IMMUNE Building Standard™ is a coherent index of standardized measures, grounded in science, designed and developed to assess and certify the resilience of our built environment. Liviu Tudor completed his Ph.D. in Management with Summa cum laude from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, and holds a certification from the London Business School. Mr. Tudor was appointed Secretary-General of the Romanian Association for the Club of Rome in 2006 and is also a Member of the Trilateral Commission.
