Zsolt Szenasi, the partner of the Dominarium Investment and ATUM Developments, lead the Budapest and Cyprus offices since 2014. His professional carrier started on the Financial Advisori Services department of PWC in 1999 and followed in Mammut Shopping Center and the Talentis Program as development and sales director to develop complex real estate projects. During the ten years under his practice: realized the new zoning of 2.800 hectares plot and land, developed Innovation Center, the ABACUS Hotel****, VITALIS Residential park and also common developments in Herceghalom centre. The EDEN Peninsula Resort***** as the first international branded 5-star resort of Pafos region started to develop on the shore of Cyprus this summer. In his carrier, Zsolt cooperated in many mixed-use development projects, e.g. the feasibility of offices, commercial facilities, hotels, apartments. He is often cited by leading professional papers, and he is a regular visiting presenter and panel participant in international conferences.
