Waldemar Wasiluk is CEO and Vice President of Victoria Dom S.A., a Poland and Germany-based high-growth residential development company which sells 1500+ apartments per annum. He has helped develop the Berlin and Leipzig residential business and expand operations in Poland. He has significant experience with financial structuring and operational experience in management. He is a former CEO of Green Venture, a Polish PE fund, and former CFO of the largest Polish spirits producer, Stock Polska (formerly Polmos Lublin SA, ) a position left in April 2007 after 7 years with the company. He led the privatization process (the acquisition of Polmos from the Polish government) and continued to lead the company through the acquisition of local brands and the company’s IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2005. During his tenure, Polmos Lublin managed to grow its revenues to over $500 million and captured a market share of 25%. It was taken private again in 2006. Prior to this, he was with Zywiec SA, a Heineken subsidiary in Poland, as Senior Financial Controller for 2 years. He also spent 5 years at Coca-Cola Poland.
