With a 6-year experience in real estate research, Vlad Saftoiu is responsible for internal support and also for external services provided for developers, investors and property owners. He specialises in research analysis on all market segments, having performed more than 50 studies and reports for a wide range of clients such as Prime Kapital, McDonald’s, Strabag, Sonae Sierra, J.P. Morgan, The World Bank or Tiriac Imobiliare. Having an international academic background, with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of Essex and a Master’s degree in International Security at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, Vlad has made an important contribution to the company's studies and reports over the past 6 years.
