Verka Petkova-Shekerova is Country Head Bulgaria within CBRE’s office for South Eastern Europe region. With over 20 years of expertise, she is a distinguished real estate professional skilled in various sectors, including Investments, Office and Industrial Services, Residential, and Property Management. Verka joined CBRE in mid-2024, and under her leadership, the CBRE’s Sofia office has continued to grow and strengthen its market position. Verka Petkova-Shekerova holds a degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and an MBA with a specialisation in General Management from the City University of Seattle. She is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
