Uroš Grujić is Head of Investment Properties at CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE), a direct subsidiary of CBRE Group Inc, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment. He has over 12 years of experience in investment advisory across the SEE region. From 2012, he worked as Head of Capital Markets for JLL in charge of the SEE region. In 2018 he joined CBRE where he took the Senior Director role in charge of all investment advisory business in SEE. Throughout his career, Uroš and his team have advised some of the largest real estate transactions across SEE including retail, office, logistics and hotel assets. He has helped CBRE become the leading transaction advisor in this part of Europe. Apart from investment transactions, he has been involved in numerous other capital markets activities such as financing, equity capital and other form of capital advisory segments. Uroš holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from EU Business School (Spain) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wright State University (United States). He is an active member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
