Tomislav Šapina joined the Schwarz Group in 2004 as a Regional Sales Manager for Lidl in Germany. After one year he returned to Croatia where he, from 2005 on, took over several different roles at Lidl Croatia, such as the Board Member for Sales and Logistics. After a transfer to Lidl Serbia as CEO in 2016 he returned to Croatia in 2023 to obtain a position as Board Member for Real Estate and Central Services at Kaufland in Croatia.
