Tomas Ostatnik graduated in International Financial Management at the Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg. During his first 12-year career he worked for multiple departments of CBRE. In 2012, he was appointed Head of CBRE Industrial in Slovakia where he managed a large number of industrial leasing and sales transactions attracting tenants from city logistics schemes to international automotive suppliers to PSA Peugeot, Kia Slovakia, Volkswagen and Jaguar Land Rover. In September 2019, he joined the Austrian industrial real estate developer Go Asset where he is responsible for the business development of large industrial parks under the brand name LOG Center in Dunajská Streda in Slovakia as well as Maribor and Koper in Slovenia. Currently, he is the Real Estate Executive at HOLLAND AND COMPANY focusing on advisory and leasing industrial and logistics warehouses, preparing landplots for industrial premises as well as construction of small business units and garages. In 2024, HOLLAND AND COMPANY was awarded with exclusive leasing of the GLP Park Bratislava Business Zone consisting of 130,000 sqm industrial, retail and small business unit premises
