Tomáš joined Skanska in 2012, overseeing divestments, land acquisitions, and permitting in Prague. In 2017, he moved to Orlando, USA, to work with the Business Development team at the US Building Unit. After returning, he became General Counsel for CEE while managing divestments in CZ, HU, and RO. Since 2020, he has been Executive Vice President Legal Counsel in Skanska’s CEE commercial development, also taking on Czech commercial operations for part of 2021. Tomáš is actively involved in various professional organizations within the Czech real estate market, such as ARTN or the Developer’s Association. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending quality moments with his family, participating in various sports activities, reading history books, and listening to classical music.
