Leading a team of dedicated professionals, Tjidsger specialises in assisting companies in formulating and implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies and policies at a corporate level. As a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, Tjidsger brings extensive experience navigating the intricate landscape of sustainability standards and regulations. He has played a key role in helping listed and non-listed clients establish comprehensive Sustainability Reporting frameworks, including ambition setting, staff training, ESG accounting, and assessments such as GRESB and corporate ESG rating systems. Tjidsger's career began at Tauw Netherlands, a leading Dutch consultancy firm, where he contributed to impactful projects such as the National (Environmental) Adaptation Scan. His tenure at Tauw Iberia further enriched his expertise, facilitating knowledge exchange on sustainability-related topics between countries. After a decade-long stint in education, Tjidsger returned to the corporate advisory sphere in 2021, driven by a belief in the pivotal role of education in addressing contemporary ESG challenges.
