Tibor Tatár is the CEO of Futureal Development Zrt., managing the development activities of commercial and urban regeneration projects in Hungary and Romania since 2005. Tibor Tatár has played a key role in making Futureal Development one of the leading commercial and office developers in Central Europe, with over 600 000 m2 of projects worth more than €1.6 billion to date. With 30 years of experience in the industry, he was previously Head of KPMG Property Services and before that Managing Partner of TND Real Estate Advisory and Financial Consulting Ltd. Tibor Tatár graduated as MSc in Architecture from the Technical University of Budapest in 1990, later he completed a two-year post-graduate course at the Budapest University of Economics, and obtained MSc in Real Estate degree at Nottingham Trent University in 1999. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as of the Hungarian Real Estate Association. He is vice-president of the Developers’ Roundtable Association, a professional organization of leading developers in Hungary.
