Szabolcs joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as the Centre Manager for Campona Shopping Mall in Budapest, in 2014 he became the Head of Retail PM including the Arena Shopping Mall, Vörösmarty 1 building, Sopron, Balaton, Savaria, Pécs Plazas and Zala Park assets. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield he was responsible for the repositioning and consolidation of the Lurdy Mall and Office complex. Prior to these positions, for 7 years he worked as Head of Development at the Development and Asset Management division of Magyar Lapterjesztő Zrt., responsible for more than 800 retail units in Hungary. Within this position his main tasks were inter alia the expansion, lease negotiations and renewals, design and construction, brand representation for the RELAY, Inmedio and Costa Coffee international retail brands. Szabolcs is specialized in the retail sector and retail property management business.
