Sylwia Kaczmarek works as Corporate Marketing Manager at Skanska’s office development business in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). She joined the company in 2016 as a trainee in the Human Resources department and two years later moved to the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, driving strategic communication and brand development. In 2022 she completed a 6-month tenure as Communications Manager at Skanska headquarters in Sweden, gaining experience executing global communication strategies and brand projects. As the corporate marketing manager, she crafts and executes corporate marketing plans for a leading developer of sustainable office buildings in CEE. From enhancing brand identity and loyalty through adept management of social media channels to orchestrating impactful internal and external events, she promotes Skanska's office project portfolio as well as fosters employee engagement and brand loyalty. In addition to her core responsibilities, Sylwia actively contributes to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda of the business unit for which she works. She serves as co-lead and founding member of the organization's award-winning employee network, Place of Pride, which focuses on supporting the LGBTQ+ community. She is also a member of the LGBTQ+ Network of Networks - an informal group of LGBTQ+ employees of private sector companies in Poland. Sylwia graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, Management. She is also a DIMAQ Professional certified expert.
