Shay Baruch is GTC’s CFO, responsible for all financial management of the office sector in Romania and for the office and retail sector in Bulgaria. Shay joined GTC in 2019 as Romania CFO and was appointed to be in charge of Bulgaria in 2022. Shay Baruch is a qualified public accountant (CPA) with more than ten years of experience focusing on capital raising, financial planning, tax management etc. Prior to joining GTC, Shay held positions as Director of finance for a public trade company branch in Romania and Bulgaria as well as an auditor for Ernst & Young Israel.
