Rudolf Nemes joined the management of Futureal Group in 2020 as the head of the newly created HelloParks logistics and industrial real estate development platform. Since the beginning, he has built a team of 60 professionals and under his leadership HelloParks has started to develop a 900.000 m2 portfolio in Fót, Maglód and Páty. The main objective of HelloParks is to create a regional logistics and industrial real estate portfolio that offers state-of-the-art sustainability and energy solutions. Rudolf has 22 years of experience in the real estate sector. Previously, he was responsible for the Hungarian operations of regional warehouse development company CTP, and before that he headed the real estate asset management department of the Hungarian subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo banking group until 2017. He holds a degree in Economics.
