Since 2023, Rudolf has been a Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia. Throughout his career, Rudolf, together with his team, has executed transactions totalling over €1.6 billion, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex real estate deals. In the past, he has achieved several groundbreaking results in the market, such as closing the largest logistics asset transaction in the Central and Eastern Europe region, securing the largest sale-leaseback, and achieving the highest yield ever paid by an investor. Rudolf began his real estate career in 2013 when he joined JLL as a Junior Analyst after completing his Master's degree in Real Estate at Cass Business School in London and studying real estate law at Humboldt University in Berlin. With a focus on professional excellence, he became an RICS-certified real estate appraiser, a passionate advocate for ESG issues, and an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Notably, in 2019, Rudolf became the youngest Head of Capital Markets in the entire Central and Eastern Europe and EMEA region, highlighting his ability to lead and innovate in a dynamic and competitive industry.
