Roland is a real estate entrepreneur within supermarket retail company Kaufland Croatia. During his 11 years in the company, he took part in developing, building or reconstructing its numerous stores and logistic buildings. He has been the Head of Real Estate Development and Construction at Kaufland Croatia for the last 5 years and is responsible for the company's annual real estate investment budget. Roland is also a bonsai master and a mountain climber.
