Roland is the Head of Hotel Investments at SORAVIA Group since 2018, SORAVIA specialises in real estate project development, management and investments. Prior to this he was the Managing Partner at Amedia International, President Europe, CIS & Middle East at Plateno Group and VP Development Europe & Middle East for Capella Hotel Group. Roland has 20 years of hospitality experience working for international luxury operators, asset owners and developers. Roland has experience in pre-opening, opening and operations up to General Manager level of ultra luxury properties, asset management, hotel and hospitality project development both for operators and owners. Multilingual in 4 languages, Roland's work experience spans the globe over all regions and he has strong skills of inter-cultural owner and operator negotiations and leadership skills.
