Rita Šafránková, Team leader of the Prague real estate financing business team at Trinity bank, has over 20 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate finance. Among others, Rita worked at Česká spořitelna and Uniceredit Bank CZ&SK as Senior Relationship Manager, where she structured and provided full service to Czech and foreign clients with loan volumes of several billion CZK. She also worked for several years at Crestyl as Funding Manager, where she covered the process of senior and junior financing. After graduating from MBARE at the University of Economics, she joined MBARE as a senior lecturer of the course financing of real estate projects.
