Richard is the Head of European Living Research & Consultancy at Savills. He specialises in residential / ‘living’ sector investment, including multifamily, single-family, student accommodation, senior housing and co-living. In addition to producing Savills Research reports, he undertakes research consultancy work for developers and investors in the living sectors.
