Richard joined CBRE in 2014 as Global Chief Economist. He is based in Dallas and, as CBRE’s Global Head of Research, leads a team of 600 researchers worldwide. He is the author of two books and numerous academic publications. Academic appointments include Honorary Professor of the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction at University College London and Senior Fellow and Lecturer in Real Estate at Harvard University. He is a Chartered Surveyor, Counsellor of Real Estate and holds a PhD in economics.
