Ramona Eftime has been with IFC’s Manufacturing, Agribusiness, and Services Department in Bucharest, Romania since 2014. As a Regional Lead, she oversees IFC’s debt and equity investments in tourism, retail, and property sectors in emerging European markets and serves as the regional anchor for debt capital market transactions. Prior to joining IFC, she spent nearly 9 years in project finance at a leading Romanian commercial bank. Ramona holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and is an ACCA member.
