Pjero Rakela, Development Manager at CC Real, is currently responsible for overseeing the implementation of the City Center one Split redevelopment project, valued at €20 million. He began his career in the company in 2012 as the Center Manager of City Center one Split. Over the years, in addition to day-to-day tasks related to managing the shopping centre, he has been entrusted with executing numerous projects aimed at creating additional value for City Center one Split. Among those projects., the most remarkable were establishing the Ikea pick-up point, creating the first Food Court on the Croatian coast, and introducing City Pazar, a unique market within the shopping centre. Throughout more than 20 years of professional experience, most of which is connected to retail management, Pjero has also gained valuable expertise while working in senior positions within the FMCG sector. He is a goal-oriented individual who places special emphasis on the quality of execution in all phases of the project.
