Key responsibilities of his current role involve transactions, overall operational management and optimization of the expanding I&L portfolio. Prior Philipp was a Member of the Global Real Estate Lead Team at DB Schenker accountable for the Corporate Real Estate Portfolio and Transactions. At DB Schenker he collected 10 years of experience in I&L Real Estate transactions and 3 years as Head of Real Estate for the corporate real estate in the Cluster South East Europe [14 countries].
