Real estate expert with 30+ years of professional experience in the Czech market. Since 2020, he has been the CEO of the Prague Development Company, a municipal body founded by the City of Prague for the development of 60 affordable housing projects consisting of approx. 800,000 sqm. As the CEO of Europolis Real Estate Asset Management Czech Republic, he was responsible for the development of River City Prague on Rohanský ostrov. Petr is a lecturer of real estate development at the Czech Technical University and at the University of Economics. He also lectured at Nottingham Trent University, University of Sheffield and Erste School of Banking and Finance.
