Pere is the Head of Tax at Forvis Mazars, overseeing the Adria region including Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Leading a team of over 35 tax experts, he brings extensive experience in M&A and tax structuring projects. Pere provides strategic advice to clients across various industries, with a particular focus on the real estate sector, especially in development and construction. His clientele ranges from high-net-worth individuals to public and private companies, as well as investment funds. Pere graduated from the Faculty of Economics & Business at the University of Zagreb and furthered his expertise through the ACCA program, along with completing a specialized tax study at King’s College in London, where he earned his LLM title in International Tax Law. Additionally, Pere is an accomplished author of numerous articles on tax matters, a co-author of two books, and a lecturer in MBA programs.
