He leads the implementation of AI solutions and oversees the preparation of EU funding projects for Sofia. His expertise lies in leveraging innovation to drive city development and support strategic initiatives for the city's growth. He holds a degree in International Finance and Trade from the University of Portsmouth and an MSc in Construction Economics and Management from the Bartlett School at University College London (UCL). Prior to his public role, Nikola managed a construction company that worked with some of the largest construction firms in Europe. He also founded two startups: a B2B platform for near-shoring and a luxury interior design company for custom products.
