Nicolas Horky brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate hotel market to Cushman & Wakefield. He has worked at Orco Property Group in various cities, including Prague, Paris, Split, and Zagreb. Later, he joined the Principal Real Estate Europe team in London, where he specialized in hotel asset management and transactions. Since 2020, he has been a partner at SNH Consulting, focusing on hotel real estate consulting. He has led the international project financing team at Photon Energy Group since 2023. Throughout his career, he has specialized in hotel transactions and their financing, asset management, and operating agreements at an international level.
