Monika Dmitruk is the Head of Technical Consultancy Services related to sustainable development at Colliers, Poland. She is responsible for developing these services and supporting clients in areas including energy audits, decarbonisation strategies, and providing advice on renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics, wind farms, and heat pumps, among others. Monika specializes in office project management for corporate tenants and property owners, as well as construction consultancy related to environmental and energy efficiency issues. She joined Colliers in 2012, bringing extensive experience from the construction consultancy industry. Prior to her tenure at Colliers, she was associated with DTZ, where she coordinated and implemented construction projects. With over 20 years of industry experience, she continues to make significant contributions to her field.
