Mihnea Craciun, Deputy Head of Romania at EBRD Mihnea joined the EBRD Power & Energy Utilities (PEU) sector team in 2007 after spending seven years in ING in Structure Finance. Between 2007-2015 he covered the team's business in Romania and Moldova. Since 2015, he joined EBRD Romania country team, as Deputy Head of Bucharest office. In his new capacity, he is responsible for the EBRD corporate sector business in Romania. Mihnea has a PhD in Finance from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
